Responsible for acknowledging Request for Quotes (RFQ’s), reviewing and interpreting technical data, ex., blueprints, overhaul and repair manuals, service bulletins, etc. Creating quotes in accordance with internal procedures, coordinating sub-contract activity, identify replacement parts, material and tooling. Preparing quotes for approval to all levels of leadership, and replying to all related customer service requests in an aerospace environment.

This largely sedentary job operates in a clerical office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc. Occasional requirements of lifting files, opening filing cabinets and bending/standing as required may be necessary. Must be able to sit for long periods, physical coordination to operate computer and other office equipment.
Work Authorization:
U.S. citizenship is a requirement for this position as TIGHITCO is subject to ITAR compliance. Applicants must meet the definition of a “US person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 for purposes of Export Control compliance requirements.
