This candidate must be a Certified Level 3 in Eddy Current (ET) and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI). The candidate will need to be thoroughly familiar with NDT (ET and FPI) testing procedures, customer specifications, work instructions, inspection methods, equipment and techniques to process work.  In order to be successful in this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsible for acknowledging Request for Quotes (RFQ’s), reviewing and interpreting technical data, ex., blueprints, overhaul and repair manuals, service bulletins, etc. Creating quotes in accordance with internal procedures, coordinating sub-contract activity, identify replacement parts, material and tooling. Preparing quotes for approval to all levels of leadership, and replying to all related customer service requests in an aerospace environment.

The Human Resources Manager (“HR Manager”) position is responsible for the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Additionally, this position is responsible for the administration of the Environmental Health and Safety operations and managing the DOT driver program. The HR Manager serves as a link between management and employees by assisting with HR-related questions and issues. This position reports directly to the General Manager of the Berlin facility.

Summary Under minimum supervision, the Layup Operator is responsible for the hand layup of advanced composite materials on designated tooling per specific work instructions, travelers, and/orcustomer specifications. Tasks included in this position are tooling fabrication, tool prep for lay-up, hand lay-up of pre-preg composite material using a variety of techniques and processes, vacuum bagging, precision trimming ng and layup techniques.
