Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and equipment by performing the following duties.
  • Performs the installation, maintenance and repair of various types of office and manufacturing equipment.
  • Performs ground maintenance activities, such as clearing debris and snow from walkways and stairs.
  • Performs in the general cleaning and up keep of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows.
  • Works with outside contractors.
  • Ensure the integrity of the Quality Management System is maintained at all times related to quality assurance processes.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Working knowledge of Aerospace specifications and standards
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles changes, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure, meets attendance/punctuality requirements.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Epicor software.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic plumbing skills
  • Must be able to operate material handling equipment (forklift, scissor lift, hand truck, etc.). 

Education and/or Experience    

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
